At Republique Leather, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted leather goods. We stand behind our work.  Every item is made using premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, with all tags intact.

• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@republiqueleather.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return shipping instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you'd like to request an exchange, please contact us at info@republiqueleather.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defect or damage

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped or been customized.

If your order has already shipped or has been personalized, our standard return policy will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or custom-engraved products

• Gift cards

• Final sale items
