At Republique Leather, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unaltered
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Please note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, email info@republiqueleather.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they haven't shipped or entered production.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, we may be unable to cancel an order once production has begun.
